Getting in & managing your account

Your account is your identity across every service. You create and control it yourself.

↳ The first-time registration flow

NewRegistration Enter details(programme, roll) Verify OTP(email / SMS) Set password Save username Logged in ✓
One-time setup. After this, you simply log in with your username and password.

🔐 Create & secure your login

  • Self-register on the Student Portal using your programme + name + enrolment / examination roll number.
  • Verify your identity by OTP sent to your mobile and email.
  • Set your own password and save your username for future logins.
  • Reset a forgotten password yourself via Reset Password.
  • Log in with two-factor authentication (email code) where your institution enables it.

🏦 Link your Academic Bank of Credits

  • Connect your ABC ID so credits you earn are deposited into the national Academic Bank of Credits.
  • Carry your credits with you for credit transfer and flexible, multiple-entry/exit degrees.
  • Keep your contact details current — every code, receipt and notice routes to them.
Avoid two pitfalls: register with your name spelt exactly as on your official record, and never make a second account if you can’t log in — use Reset Password instead. Duplicates break your record-matching.

Academics

Your academic life & records

Everything about your studies — courses, sections, results — in one place, updated as the university processes it.

📘 See your academic record

  • View your programme, enrolled courses, and section.
  • Track which courses are compulsory and which are electives you choose.
  • Follow your progress term by term as you move up semesters.

🗳️ Choose your courses

  • Select electives within the rules your programme sets (e.g. “choose 32 credits”).
  • Re-register each term where programme re-registration is enabled.
  • Course selection may require fees to be cleared first (fee verification).

📊 View results & download documents

  • See term-wise marks and grades once evaluators upload, verify and the admin publishes them.
  • View your SGPA / percentage per term.
  • Download your term report and marksheet as PDF.

📝 Take examinations

  • Register for examinations and pay examination fees online.
  • Sit online proctored exams through the managed LMS where offered.
  • Access exam-related schedules and outputs in the Examination module.

↳ Why your result appears only later

Teacher uploads marks Teacher verifies Admin publishes You see marksheet ✓
Your marks become visible only at the end of this chain — not the moment a teacher enters them.
Marksheet not showing yet? Results appear only after your teachers have uploaded and verified the marks and the admin has published them — the term’s evaluation may still be in progress.

Money

Fees & payments

Pay and track every charge online, with receipts you can keep.

↳ Paying a fee
